Add Facebook Chat to Your Firefox Sidebar – Chat While Browsing Other Sites

You can add Facebook chat to your Firefox sidebar in a couple of clicks. The most enjoyable feature of this trick is that you can load facebook chat in the firefox sidebar and chat with your friends at the same time browse other websites at your sheer convenience.

In order to add facebook chat to your firefox sidebar, you just need to follow following steps and you will be all set for some real productive chat session.

• Open your firefox browser. Press ‘ctrl + b‘
• In the sidebar, right click on bookmark option and choose – ‘New Bookmark’ option.

• In the location field, enter this url:

http://www.facebook.com/presence/popout.php

• Choose, Load Bookmark in Sidebar option and save the dialogue.

• Now, whenever you will click on that bookmark, from your bookmarks menu, the chat will be loaded in yor firefox sidebar. You can chat and browse at the same time. Cool..eh?
